THE BODY CAN USE ONLY ORGANIC MINERALS:

It is physiologically impossible for your body to use an inorganic mineral. It simply cannot and will not do it. Anyone who knows biochemistry and physiology knows this to be true. It is frustratingly ironic how many people who should know better fail to recognise this simple fact.

Water is hydrogen and oxygen and thats all! Anything in the water other than these two components actually contaminates it.

Tap water these days is more like soup, a chemical soup. Among the pollutants are soap, wood pulp, oil, sulfuric acid, copper, arsenic, paint, pesticides, radioactive wastes, agricultutal fertilizers, and chemicals from industries too numerous to mention.

In addition there are inorganic minerals ranging from mildly to highly toxic - sulphur, iron, gypsum, calcium, magnesium, lime, soda ash, flourine, chlorine etc. Moreover, the further chemical pollutants are deliberately added to water supplies, supposedly in an effort to purify the water and kill its bacteria.

The only thing is, the chemicals are far more harmful than the bacteria they're supposed to kill. Water goes through many processes at the 'purification' plants: sedimentation, filtration, coagulation, softening, chlorination, bromination, iodization and flouridation.

Tap water is not ideal for the human body because it contains inorganic minerals that the human body can neither use nore precipitate out. These inorganic minerals tend to hook up with cholesterol in the system and form a thick plaque in the arteries. Distilled water does not have this effect. When you eat a piece of fruit or a vegetable you are consuming distilled water.

Perhaps the most important thing to remember about tap water is this: Its more than just water! All chemicals are unusable poisons. Please do not make the grievous mistake of relegating your drinking water to a position of secondary importance or saying something like, "Hey, its just water. Water is water." That's not true.
